We offer a service of marketing property management, that means hired to handle the daily operations of a real estate investment. Our responsibilities will vary based on our salary and/or commission and will include the following:

  • Setting the right sales price - We know the right sales rental price for a villa, a cottage, an estate or an apartment, the market price to attract tenants to a property. We understand the market and the area where the property is located.
  • Manage suppliers - We connect the right suppliers to the property, offering the tentants a vaste choice of cleaners, baby sitters, chefs, cooks, hosts, butlers not to mention electricians, plumbers and gardeners
  • Increasing the Rent - We can and will increase the rent by a fixed percentage each year, according to the market and performance (feedback) of the property. Working on sales price will start a slow and long term strategy to increase the yeld value of the property, rather than having it butchered from OTAs, GDS and IDS, massive discounts operations and pay 2 get 10. We are serious about this point and we can not compromise on a full management of sales prices.
  • Finding the right Agents and Representatives - We are responsible for marketing the property to the best agents worldwide to fill vacancies. They know where to advertise, what to include in their ads and how to bring a certain property to popularity.
  • Handling Leases - We are responsible for setting the lease and we make sure it has all the necessary provisions to protect the owner. This includes determining the amount of damage deposit required and providing experts and arbiters in case of complaint/damage
  • Handling Complaints/Emergencies - We deal with maintenance requests, noise complaints and have the necessary contacts to handle emergency situations.
