The agricultural estate has 2,475 acres of land with fantastic cypress avenues, holm oak trees and cork oaks, where one can enjoy long and cool walks ending up with a refreshing swim in the river Merse. In the hills of Montestigliano the property has a farm with 3,000 Olive trees with beautiful and ancient terraces lined with ancient dry stonewalls and delicious fig trees. The local olive oil, “Terra di Siena”, is a prestigious D.O.P. (Italy's mark of high quality). The property is eco friendly with solar panels and a water purification plant.
